    I have trained under many different types of trainers from group class trainers to boxing coaches and I have created my business to include the best aspects of all methods used. Not only am I certified in personal training but in yoga as well so I know the body in and out to get my clients to the results they need in a healthy, safe and effective manner.

The 30-Day Challenge will replace bad habits with good, get you closer to your life goals, and help you get on track with the lifestyle you desire. You will feel so amazing right away simply because you are finally taking time for yourself to be your best self and the process is actually enjoyable! Follow five simple rules that are customized for you based off of your abilities, goals and current lifestyle.

8-Week Start-up program

If you are a beginner when it comes to working out whether you have never before or you need to get yourself back on track, this program will certainly get you to where you want to be. Learn how to use your body correctly with the Form & Alignment video, go through a series of workouts that continually progress throughout the 8 weeks to ensure growth, and try new recipes that might just show you how great healthy food can taste!

LEARN HOW TO USE PROPER FORM AND ALIGNMENT

The Form and Alignment course is a 30 minute video explaining how to align each section of your body to prevent injuries and to get the most out of your workouts, especially when it comes to better results. There are example exercises in the video so you can see the form in action as well. Hop in and get moving!

Yin Yoga

Join Holly for her Yin Yoga Class! Yin Yoga emphasizes more of the stretching aspect of yoga rather than the strength. Each pose is held for 3-5 minutes so you can really dive deeper into each pose and become more present with your mind and body. Yin allows you to clear your mind and focus on what your body needs and is telling you to do and it is all at your own comfort level. All are welcome to take this class and that is the beauty of yin. Please join us and start your week and month off with a clean slate and a relaxed body.

How much is it for one-on-one sessions?

It depends on how frequent you want to come in.

3x per week: $25/session

2x per week: $30/session

1x per week: $45/session


Buddy Program: Workout with a friend.

3x per week: $15/person/session

2x per week: $20/person/session

1x per week: $25/person/session

Can I do the 30-Day Challenge and have sessions with Flux too?

Yes! There is an option at checkout for two sessions a week during the challenge!

What if I have never worked out before, can I start training with Flux Fitness?

Of course! Everyone starts somewhere and this is a great place to start your fitness journey. We will get you on your feet and feeling more confident even before your first session! All ability levels are welcome!

Can I learn more before signing up?

Absolutely! We offer a free consultation where we sit down together and talk about your fitness journey so far, your medical history, what goals you have, and more! This way we can see if we would be a good match before you commit to any type of program!

How often do I have to pay for the sessions?

Everyone has different budgets for certain services and I totally understand that. We offer monthly, weekly and sometimes payments per session if needed. Commitment can be hard but it can also be a good way to keep yourself accountable!

What if I can't make my session?

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy to keep you accountable for showing up for yourself and getting to your goals! If you have to cancel your pre-scheduled session within 24 hours, we either can reschedule in that same week or you will be charged the session price for missing/cancelling. We believe in respect for each others time and staying accountable to get the most out of each session together!
