Customized Sessions

Each workout is built for your ability level and goals with a sprinkle of fun!

Flexible Scheduling

We both have busy lives and I make sure that if you need to reschedule, we can make it work.

Quick and Effective

Each workout is 30 minutes and trust me when I say we use every single second so you can feel your best after each session.

Virtual

All the sessions are currently through the Zoom platform which makes it simple for you to sign on anywhere, anytime and get back to your daily life.

Form Focused

Each move is safe and effective making it easier to reach your goals. I will not let you do a workout you are uncomfortable doing. There is always another variation to do to ensure safety and comfort.

Enjoyable

Not only will you enjoy your workouts and be excited to workout, I have the honor of calling my clients my friends because of the relationships built.

  • ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS

    3x/week: $25/session

    2x/week: $30/session

    1x/week: $45/session

  • BUDDY PROGRAM

    Need someone else to hold you accountable and join your support system? Make it cheaper and more fun with a friend:

    3x/week: $15/person/session

    2x/week: $20/person/session

    1x/week: $30/person/session

    Payment is ideally collected once a month. If you need to pay more frequently, this option can be possible for you.

I am not a pushy trainer by any means. I believe in supporting you throughout your journey and giving you enough encouragement that you want to push yourself to do more reps or grab the heavier weights!
